At Itesla, we value your satisfaction with our products and aim to provide a seamless return and warranty process. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options and responsibilities.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within this period.

Return Conditions:
• Items must be unused and in new, resellable condition to qualify for a full refund.
• All returns must include a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
To obtain an RMA number, please email us at contact@Itesla.com or contact our live chat support anytime between Monday and Friday, we will response in 6-8 hours (excluding federal holidays).

Return Time Limit:

Orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, returns are not accepted. However, if you wish to exchange an item after 30 days, please contact us; we may offer a partial refund or credit towards another purchase.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags or labels, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Please note that orders exceeding 30 days are not eligible for return or exchange.

For returns due to non-quality issues, you are responsible for the return shipping fee as well as the original shipping and handling costs. If an order is refused or undeliverable, these fees will also be deducted from your refund. Once we have fully inspected the returned product, we will refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Note: If your order has already been fulfilled and dispatched via shipping courier, and you have received a UPS, USPS, or DHL tracking number, we kindly ask that you wait until the package arrives before initiating the return process. This ensures a smooth and efficient handling of your return request.

Exchange/Replacement Policy

Self-Installation Errors:

Our products are designed for self-installation. However, if you make a mistake during installation and require a replacement, please email us with a photo and your replacement request. We will inform you of the replacement cost, which includes the material cost and shipping & handling fees. Our goal is to provide replacements at cost without profiting from replacement parts.

Exchanges:

If you receive an incorrect product or ordered the wrong item, you can exchange it within 30 days. To initiate an exchange, please take a photo of the product and send it to our support staff. We will respond within 24 hours to resolve the issue. The product to be exchanged must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return and Exchange Process:

Upon receiving the returned item, we will send a replacement. If the error was on our part, we will cover the exchange fees, including the return shipping label. However, if the exchange is due to an incorrect order on your part, we will charge an exchange fee that includes the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

Return and Exchange Address: 

If your return&exchange is accepted, please return it to the return&exchange address we provided.

Cancelation of Orders

We have a limited timeframe of 24 hours to process your order after you place it. Due to the speed at which we process orders (as quickly as possible), you must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot change it.

If more than 24 hours have passed since you placed your order we cannot cancel your order. Please see our Return Policy for return terms and instructions to send an order back for a refund, if desired.

We usually ship within 48 hours when in stock. You can cancel your order if you initiate the cancellation earlier than the shipment time and within the time we specify that you can initiate the cancellation (within 24 hours of placing the order).

Damaged Items Policy

If you receive a damaged item, you have 5 days from the receipt of delivery to report the damage to us. We will file a claim with the shipping provider and promptly send out a replacement during their investigation. Please retain the box, all packaging materials, and the damaged item, as the shipping provider may require them for pickup. Additionally, we will need photos of the damaged item, including photos of the box and packaging materials.

We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.

Lost or Stolen Items

If you suspect that your item is lost or stolen, please report it to us within 5 days of delivery. We will file a claim with the shipping provider and expedite a replacement during the investigation. To support your claim, we may request video footage from doorbell cameras or other relevant evidence.

Please note that if the shipping provider denies the claim due to proof of delivery, we are not responsible for providing a replacement. Therefore, we encourage you to provide as much evidence as possible to support your claim.

As a gesture of goodwill, if your claim is denied and you choose to place a replacement order, we will offer you an additional discount. We are committed to ensuring you receive the product you deserve.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Scope of Warranty:

At Itesla, we take pride in offering our Limited Lifetime Warranty on the majority of our accessories, setting a high standard in the aftermarket auto industry. This exceptional warranty covers over 700 of our 800+ accessories, unless otherwise specified in the product description or warranty tab. Please note that this warranty does not apply to electronic or carbon fiber products. Most electronic accessories are covered by a minimum 1-year warranty.

Exclusions:

The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover wear and tear resulting from factors such as daily exposure to sunlight, extreme cold, or intense heat, which may affect the lifespan of a product. Electronic products are specifically covered by a 1-year warranty due to their nature. While our competitors typically offer warranties ranging from 30 to 60 days or none at all, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction as a Itesla customer for life.

Warranty Terms:

• First 30 Days:
If a product is found to be defective or ceases to function within the first 30 days, we will provide a free replacement. In cases where returning shipping costs are prohibitive, we may request you to discard the original item.

• After 30 Days:
For defects arising after the initial 30 days, customers are required to submit photos or videos to help us assess the issue. Customers may need to return the defective item at their own expense. We reserve the right to either repair the original item or replace it with a new one. If a product is confirmed to be defective upon our review, we will ship a replacement at no cost. Should a replacement be necessary but not covered under warranty, we may charge the customer for material costs and shipping.

Warranty for Carbon Fiber Products & Plastic Accessories

Carbon Fiber Products Warranty:

Our genuine carbon fiber parts are meticulously coated with three layers of clear coat to provide optimal UV protection. However, it is important to note that over time and with prolonged exposure to sunlight, this protective layer may degrade, particularly with regular car washing. As a result, our warranty for carbon fiber products is limited to a duration of one year. Please be aware that slight yellowing of carbon fiber when parked in direct sunlight is a normal occurrence. The warranty does not cover yellowing and peeling of the top coat, as these are not considered manufacturing defects.

It is noteworthy that most companies offer a minimal 30-day warranty for carbon fiber parts. To enhance the lifespan and maintain the appearance of our carbon fiber products, we recommend the use of "303 Protectant" or another high-quality ceramic coating to boost UV protection. Additionally, we advise wrapping exterior carbon fiber parts with a clear bra paint protection film to prevent pitting and scratching over time.

Visual Warranty for Carbon Fiber:

Real molded carbon fiber comprises thousands of microscopic strands. During the manufacturing process, variations in the twill pattern direction, particularly at corners, are normal and are not considered defects.

Plastic Products Warranty:

Uncoated or clear-coated plastic accessories require UV protection when parked in direct sunlight for extended periods or when not garaged. Over time, deterioration or oxidation of the top layer can occur on spoilers, diffusers, turn signal covers, and other horizontally installed parts. Both uncoated ABS plastic and carbon-look hydro-dipped plastic parts are susceptible to these effects. Consequently, these plastic parts come with a six-month warranty.

By adhering to these care guidelines, you can significantly enhance the longevity and appearance of your carbon fiber and plastic accessories.

Warranty Not Included:

Our products are crafted with precision and care to provide you with high-quality and durable solutions. However, our warranty does not cover damages resulting from the following circumstances:

Daily Wear and Tear: Normal aging, wear, and tear of the product over time are not covered under our warranty. This includes minor scratches, scuffs, and natural fading that occur with regular use.

Individual Damage: Any damage caused by personal mishandling, including but not limited to, dropping, crushing, or otherwise physically damaging the product, is not covered.

Incorrect Installation: Damage arising from improper installation, failure to follow the provided installation instructions, or using the product in a manner for which it was not intended will void the warranty.

Misuse: Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, such as overloading, using the product for unintended purposes, or exposing it to harsh conditions, is not covered.

Chemical Damages: Damage resulting from exposure to bleach, strong alcohol, or any other harsh chemicals is excluded from our warranty. Please follow the recommended care instructions to maintain the integrity of the product.

Environmental Factors: Damages caused by extreme environmental conditions such as excessive heat, cold, humidity, or direct sunlight are not covered.

Itesla: We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all our products. For the past three years, we have provided this guarantee, ensuring that if an LED light purchased from us fails within this period, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost, no questions asked.

Competitive Advantage: Unlike many of our competitors who offer limited warranties—often just 30 days—our commitment extends far beyond that. If an item malfunctions after 30 days, you shouldn't be left in the lurch. Some companies even require you to return defective parts to distant locations like China for a replacement, which is neither practical nor customer-friendly. We maintain warehouses in the USA, Europe, Canada, and Australia, ensuring prompt replacements without unnecessary delays.

Damaged Items: We understand that damage during shipping is frustrating and should not be the customer's responsibility. Unlike many competitors who may delay replacements while processing claims, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If your product is damaged during delivery, we will immediately send out a replacement without waiting for a claim to be resolved. Your convenience and satisfaction are our top priorities.
